believe our website offers attractive features making it fun and cool to use. So
job searching through JOBKOO means you can easily find cool jobs in an almost unlimited

(A) We have many robots that frequently seek out and collect job postings from the
entire internet to give users the most complete and accurate results with every
search.

(Q) How can I join JOBKOO.com?
(A) Registration is simple and takes about 30 seconds. To start, simply click the
"Register" link on the upper right hand corner of the page. Be sure to type your
current email address accurately. (Please note that once you create a user name
it may not be altered). Choose a password of between 6 to 14 characters; then enter
the 4 letter verification code and your done.
(Q) How can I retrieve my password?
(A) If you accidentally forget your password, you can enter the login page and click
on the "Forgot Password" link. We will request that you fill in your registered
e-mail, and your password will be e-mailed to you.
(Q) How come I didn't receive
an e-mail confirmation for my "Password Recovery"?
(A) Please check your spam folder in your e-mail account. If you still don't see

results?
(A) Our search filters allow you to customize our database so that only those positions
meeting your filter restrictions are displayed. After each job search, you will
see a search result summary on the left of the screen. Here you may narrow your
search results by using our custom search filters. You can select from when the
job posting was last updated, how many years experience the posting requests, the
education level requested, salary, company size and company type.
(Q) What is the difference between
the normal "job search" and "executive job search"?
(A) Our unique search engine offers searches at two different levels. With the normal
job search you get the entire spectrum of results from entry-level to mid-level
positions. With the Executive job search you get complete search results from mid
level positions and higher.
(Q) I'm interested in how the
"keywords" search works?
(A) By using the "keywords" on our One Stop Search Engine, you can type in any job
title or company name and within fractions of a second you will have all the job
postings from every job board, company pages, online classifieds and other data
sources with the keywords you typed in.

(A) By using the Executive Search "keywords" on our "One Stop Search Engine", you
can type in any job title or company name and within fractions of a second you will

search?
(A) Classified search is another way effectively utilizes our search engine to search
by "position category", hottest "keywords", and by "location". Within the search
bar you will see a "Classified Search" link. Click it and the classified search
page will display. From there you can choose an appropriate link from our 3 categories.
(Q) Can I do a job search by company
name?
(A) Yes, just type the company name and press the search button. Instantly, all
the job postings from the entire internet matching the specified company name will
be listed.
(Q) What is the difference sorting
my search results by relevance and by date?
(A) To fulfill our user's needs, we offer two different searches. You can search
by the keyword relevance to accurately pinpoint the exact job title or company,
or you can search by the most recent date that the job was posted.

(Q) How may I create my resume
on JOBKOO?
(A) After logging in, click the "Create First Resume" icon under the "My Resume"
tab, then follow our easy-to-use resume manager to create a professional resume.
(Please note that you can create up to 4 resumes to suit whichever job position
that you are applying for. Also, it is recommended that you title your resume with
the name of the position, or field applied for so that employers are more likely
to view your resume).
((Q) What if I want to update
my resume?
(A) Simply sign in and click on the "My Resume" tab. A list of your created resumes
will be displayed. Under the "Edit Resume" column, select the resume that needs
to be updated.
(Q) How can I post my video resume?
(A) After you have logged in and created your resume, click the "Create Video Resume"
icon under the "My Resume" tab. Simply record a short 1 to 3 minute video clip on
your video camera, phone, or webcam following our video resume requirements. After
uploading your video resume, write a brief work experience report and provide personal
background answers to questions of your choice as your introduction. Now, save.
Lastly, please check over your video resume before you upload. Once upload is complete,
your video resume will be posted within 24hours. We advise you, before you start,
to look though our tips on how to make a video resume Also, you can find a lot of
other useful information on our website.
(Q) What if I want to remove my
video resume?
(A) Please use your registered e-mail account and send us an e-mail request for
your video resume to be removed and we will complete your request within 24hours.
(Q) Why can't I view my video
resume as soon as I upload it?
(A) Uploaded video resumes become visible on our website within 24hours. It is mandatory
that we preview the content before posting.
(Q) How can I create my cover
letter?
(A) Simply sign in and click on the "Cover Letter" tab. After you have created and
named your cover letter, press the "Add" button. (We recommend you name your cover
letter with the job position, or by job type so that you able to conveniently match
your cover letter to your resumes. For tips on how to create cover letters, see
our website)
(Q) How can I update my cover
letter?
(A) Simply sign in and click on the "Cover Letter" tab. There you will see a list
of your created cover letters. Select the cover letter that needs to be updated.
(Q) How may I send my resume to
my desired jobs?
(A) Simply login and use our powerful "One Search" search engine to find your desired
job. When you notice a job you want to apply, simply click the "save/apply" link
at the bottom of the job listing. Immediately, your selection will appear in a "Saved
Jobs" window on the right hand side of the screen. You may select as many jobs as
you want and your selections will be saved into your cookies, so you can then view
them at your leisure. When you have finished making preliminary selections, simply
click the "Apply" button, reconfirm the jobs you want sent, and then click send.
If you happen to have more than one resume or cover letter, our website gives you
the option to choose which cover letter or resume you want sent for each job application.
((Q) How can I view detailed job
posts?
(A) Simply use our powerful "One Search", search engine to find your desired job.
When you've found a position you need more details on, simply click the "view" link
at the bottom of each listing.
(Q) What is the difference between
an "open" and a "confidential" resume?
(A) Once you have logged in and created a resume, you can choose to mark your resume
"Open" or keep it "Confidential". By setting it to open, prospective employers are
able to view your resume. A setting of "Confidential", allows you to store your
resume on our database but it will remain private. (We recommend an "Open" setting
to ensure higher exposure to employers).
(Q) Can I save multiple jobs?
(A) Yes! Simply login and use our powerful "One Search" search engine to search
for your desired job. Once you find the job you are interested in, simply click
the "save/apply link at the bottom of the job listing. Immediately, your job will
appear in a "Saved Jobs" window on the right hand side. You may select as many jobs
as you want and your selections will be saved into your cookies so you can view
them at your convenience. When you have finished your selections, simply click the
apply button, reconfirm the jobs you want to apply for and then click send.
(Q) How come I can't see my favorite
jobs from the post?
(A) Once you have selected your favorite jobs from the post, you need to log in
to view and apply for the positions. Registration is quick and easy, and in around
30 seconds you'll be on the way to finding the job of your dreams.
